With those we can tell you which zone each fitting lands in, what rating it needs, whether it has to be fire rated, and how many you need.

What to include so we can help first time

Order query: your order number and the email you ordered with.
Fault: the product, roughly when it was bought, and what it's doing — flickering, buzzing, dead, dimming badly.
Damage: photographs of the item and of the box, and your order number.
Product advice: room dimensions, ceiling height, position of bath or shower, what's above the ceiling.
