If you fit, specify or maintain bathrooms for a living — electrical contracting, bathroom installation, property maintenance, hotels, care homes, student accommodation, leisure — we can supply to programme with the technical data your submittals need.
What a trade account gets you
- Volume pricing stepped by quantity and quoted per line, not a blanket percentage.
- Batch-matched LEDs. Order thirty downlights and they come from one bin, so the colour temperature matches across the ceiling. Reordering six months later without batch matching is how a corridor ends up with two shades of white.
- Named drivers with datasheets, so you can specify the exact control gear and replace it in five years without guessing.
- Ten-year parts availability on the ranges marked as such — drivers, gaskets, lenses and demister pads.
- Call-off delivery scheduled to your programme, direct to site, with a named contact and a delivery window.
- DALI-2 addressable options where the job needs them, with commissioning data.
- Emergency lighting to BS 5266 where the building requires it.
- Account terms on application.

What we need to quote
- Company name, and company and VAT numbers if you have them.
- Delivery postcode or site address.
- A schedule, drawing or product list — or just the room type and quantities.
- Programme dates, if delivery has to land in a window.
- Anything the specification is fixed on: IP rating, CRI, colour temperature, dimming protocol, emergency duration.
We come back with a written quotation, normally within one working day. Quotes hold for 30 days unless a material price moves, in which case we'll tell you before you commit.
Specification rather than a product list
Send us the room type, the ceiling construction, the zone layout and the lux level you need at the basin, and we'll specify the scheme and produce the ceiling plan. That is usually faster than working backwards from a catalogue, and it means the fire ratings and IP ratings are right before anything is ordered.
